After the interview, a teacher recruiment exam is conducted to assess subject matter knowledge and problem solving skills.

Successful applicants will be notified and placement process starts for the applicants who accept the offer.

Qualification for tutors

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related field. Subject specialists must have educational qualification in the subject area.

2. Minimum three years of teaching experience.

3. Subject matter expertise, familiarity with examination requirements and expectations.

4. Passion for teaching and self-motivated to keep updated about the curriculum and subject matter related to the curriculum

Important Guidelines for teachers

1. The teachers must at all times act professionally when dealing with the students.

2. The teachers must give equal opportunity for all the students in a class (in group classes).

3. Urgent matters regarding the students, tutoring sessions, cancellations must be notified to the co-ordinator.

4. Scheduled session must be used for educational purpose only.

5. Topics related to any religion must not be discussed in classes except by teachers of the relevant subject.

6. Controversial topics, unscruitized theories and topics not suitable for the age groups are not allowed in classes.

7. The teachers must depict diligence, honesty and commitment.

8. The teachers must follow the schedules carefully. Frequent cancellations, cancellations not based on resonable grounds are not allowed. Any cancellation must be informed to the Coordinator promptly.

9. Teachers are expected to try their best to compensate the students by taking missed sessions if more than one session is missed. This does not include cancellations by the students (in the cases of individual or private classes).

10. Class records such as, attendance and student performance reports, must be submitted to the coordinator before the 3rd of each month.
